All donations made to SAM are final and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on contributions to carry out our mission. Because donations are often put to work immediately, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure financial stability and mission continuity.

• Errors: If you made a technical error during the donation process (such as a typo in the amount), please contact us within 7 days to discuss a correction.

• Recurring Donations: You may cancel a recurring donation at any time through your donor portal or by contacting us. However, past payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
